When I first started studying hitting, I did so by putting together a number of Hitting Flipbooks. These are PDF documents that allow you to go through a swing frame by frame using the arrow keys on your keyboard. Many of my Hitting Flipbooks include annotations that explain what is going on in the important frames. My Hitting Flipbooks were so well-received that they were one of the things that led people to ask me if I'd put together a hitting DVD.

I limit access to most of my Hitting Flipbooks, and some of my Hitting Flipscreens, to people who purchase my Advanced Hitting Mechanics webbook. However, I have decided to give purchasers of Hitting Mechanics 101 access to some Hitting Flipscreens that provide some of the same functionality.
